Women@Dior

2017年に開始したWomen@Diorは、既に全世界で1800名を超える若い女性に向けて実施されている国際的なメンター教育プログラムです。

世界58か国にわたる国々で、選抜された参加者は、ディオールの先輩社員のメンターとチームを組み、持続可能な未来に向けてジェンダー平等と女性のリーダーシップのテーマについて学んでいきます。

2020年からユネスコのグローバル教育連合のパートナーになり、メンバーの50％はユネスコのメンティーで構成されています。

Launched in 2017, Women@Dior is an international mentoring and education program that has already reached over 1,800 young women worldwide.

Selected participants from 58 countries around the world will team up with senior Dior mentors to learn about gender equality and women’s leadership skills for a sustainable future.

The program will be partnered with UNESCO’s Global Education Alliance starting in 2020. Startring in 2020, Dior will be a partner of UNESCO’s Global Education Coalition, with 50% of its members made up of UNESCO mentees.
